This project involved a number of switchboards, delivered to the Tripoli Medical Centre in Libya to replace the old existing panels. MCCB and ACB technology was adopted over existing fusegear which greatly improved the monitoring and automation of the hospital operations. One of the challenges in this project was the locating of outgoing circuit breakers in the new switchboard with respect to the location of existing fusegear so as to minimize works on the existing cable infrastructure.
This particular switchboard was delivered in 2 sections: one of 5 modules and another of 2 modules, and then assembled on site.
